Everything is shipped USPS Priority mail, which averages 2-3 days for arrival. The post office does not guarantee delivery in that time frame, so it may take a little longer, but usually does not. You will receive a delivery confirmation number to check your order if it does not arrive on time. Do You Have Order Tracking? TOP

We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, credit cards through Paypal, other payments through Paypal. Please note that your item will not be personalized until your payment has cleared. Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials. When Paypal sends you a receipt for your purchase, they will show your address on file as your shipping address. We will be using the information you provided us when placing your order, NOT the information from Paypal. Paypal has a new system allowing you to use Paypal without an existing account. You can also use this if you do have a Paypal account, but want to use a credit card other than what you have on file with Paypal. When checking out, click on "Credit card or direct cash payment via PayPal" under payment options. Rather than entering your password to the right, click on "Continue" after "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available).
